I offer holistic life coaching for young women and girls between the ages of 13-24, who are ready to make the changes necessary to regain their power and deal with everyday challenges with ease and confidence. I provide guidance and empower women to take charge of their lives so that they can begin to discover their true essence.

My career as a social worker along with my meditation practice, led me to finally realize my true calling, which is to guide and support young women as they begin to regain their sense of self. As a result, I became certified as a Holistic Life Coach.
I believe in helping women realize what they want or need to live the life they desire.
