Overview

PCYH offers many yoga styles, most of which are traditions of Hatha Yoga. They all increase flexibility, release muscle tension, enhance strength, boost stamina, increase self awareness, rejuvenate and create a sense of calm and peace. We encourage students to sample styles and teachers. Our schedule also includes meditation, pranayama (breathing), kirtan (chanting), Hot Yoga, Ageless Yoga, Therapeutic Yoga, concerts, and drumming circles.
