Jennifer is a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City and is currently pursuing a Masters degree in Ayurveda.

She guides her clients through a flexible and supportive process of discovering an intuitive diet-lifestyle that promotes a healthy, active and joyful experience of life. Her approach is to honor your body as the expert and address issues such as food sensitivities, sugar addiction, energetics of food, emotional eating, and individual body constitution.
