Hatha Yoga is based on the ancient yogic wisdom while Tai Chi is an internal Chinese martial art, practiced also for improving health and longevity. We teach in a relaxed atmosphere, letting the participants take a journey of discoveries into their bodies and souls. Competitiveness is discouraged. Description
Most classes at the Monroe Yoga studio are instructed by Ronen Divon. Ronen (Vasudeva Das) has been instructing Yoga and Tai Chi for close to a decade. Continuing to explore and practice the ancient ways of Yoga and Tai Chi, as well as other Eastern methods and philosophies, Ronen stresses in his classes elements of relaxation, elongation and breathing.
Ronen’s primary interest is in individual and personal exploration of the body, and through it, a glimpse into the soul.
