In the early 1990's I experienced Pathways to Successful Living, a deeply introspective personal growth seminar. My involvement with Pathways, as both a participant and staff facilitator, led to my career change from corporate America into the world of body-mind-Spirit-Energy where I joyously support others in their healing and growth.
I am a 2001 graduate with high honors from The Soma Institute National School of Clinical Massage Therapy with additional certifications through continuing ed.
