Description
I have always been fascinated with how the body works and especially with the healing process. After being laid off from my job as a flight attendant many years ago, I attended the Garden State Center for Holistic Healthcare where I combined several different modalities. I am a member of the Yoga Alliance and certified by the state of New Jersey for Massage, Bodywork and Somatic Therapy.
The part I like most about my job is sharing simple tools and techniques you can use to make life better.
