Energy therapies are provided in my office, your home or job site. Whether you're most comfortable on a massage table, in your favorite chair or at bedside, I can accommodate all personal preferences & needs. Together we'll develop a customized plan to help you identify, reach & maintain your healing & wellness goals. Self-help instruction is included & strongly encouraged. In addition, Reiki training & supervision, guided imagery groups & informative public speaking forums are available.

I was led to complementary therapies while on my own healing journey, & in the process learned the value of integrating Western & Eastern approaches to wellness. As a practitioner & recipient, I've gained an understanding of how we can actively participate in our own healing.
Being a healthcare provider with hands-on experience in medical, counseling, academic & corporate environments, I offer a multi-faceted approach to & respect for the spiritual, emotional & scientific aspects of healing.
