I am a licensed Naturopathic Doctor who is also a Physician Assistant. My goal is my motto, "get well, stay well!" I enjoy treating people of all ages and helping restore balance.
Some of the more common issues I treat are: adrenal fatigue, thyroid disorders, IBS, food sensitivities, migraines, auto-immune diseases, depression/anxiety, chronic fatigue, insomnia. Twice per year, I hold a detox program, which runs for 3-4 weeks. I am also available to do community or corporate talks.

I graduated from Yale University with a Masters degree as a Physician Assistant. I worked for 7 years in the field of alternative medicine and endocrinology. After feeling a lack of time per patient visit & limited treatment options, I returned to school at Bastyr. I received my Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine.
My passion is helping others return to a place of wellness, to dig deeper and uncover the source of dis-ease.
