What a great idea! Gather your friends and family to share health-promoting
experiences.
When Dawn turned 40 she planned her own birthday party. She invited a Yoga &
Pilates instructor to lead a private class in her home, and afterwards everyone
enjoyed a healthy lunch prepared by a local whole foods chef. What a great way
to celebrate!
Pamela invited the women she knew from work and from her kids' school and
sports activities to a Holistic Health Party. Guests were treated to energy
healing and chair massage by practitioners from a local wellness center.
Pamela's chiropractor gave a presentation about the different components of a
healthy lifestyle. New friendships were formed and commitment to self care in
Pamela's community was strengthened.
