To become a Wellness Possibilities Provider:

Complete online application and create profile
If applicable, have license(s) in compliance with the state where you practice
Agree to criminal background check

How much does it cost?

One time set-up fee: $49
Payment options:

$129 per 6 months (save $90 per year)
$79 per quarter (save $32 per year)
$29 per month

We will automatically bill your credit card for your subscription. You can cancel your subscription at any time by calling 908-647-1856.

Once you've signed up, you can log in to our user-friendly system to create your Online Billboard and update your listing at any time.
